The Role: Door Knocker
You walk the neighborhoods we assign you, knock doors, and talk to homeowners about their windows and doors. Your job is to set a real appointment where the homeowner is actually interested and both decision makers will be home.
Here's the part most companies won't tell you. Most doors say no. That's normal. That's the job working the way it's supposed to. You'll hear no far more than you hear yes, and the people who make real money here are the ones who walk to the next door anyway.
- Knock the neighborhoods we assign during your scheduled hours
- Talk to homeowners and follow the script we give you
- Set qualified appointments onto our sales calendar
- Record all your activity accurately in our CRM
- Show up to the morning team meeting and bring energy every day
The Money
There is no base pay. This is straight commission and it stacks. The more you close in one week, the more every next deal pays you.

Part Time
$1,260 to $4,680 / week
Full Time
$2,820 to $7,960 / week
These are earning ranges, not a salary. What you make depends on how many doors you knock and how many appointments turn into sales.

We don't hire to fill a seat. We hire A-players who want to build something, take ownership, and grow into bigger roles. If that's you, keep reading.
Self-motivated — you show up on time and stay busy without anyone chasing you
Thick skin — you can hear no all day and keep your energy up
Coachable — you take feedback and actually use it
A way to get to work — your own transportation helps, but if you don't have it yet and you show us you're dedicated, we'll work with you on getting to the neighborhoods
Comfortable with commission — you'd rather be paid for what you produce than what you show up for
In it for the long run — you want a real spot you can grow inside, not a two week trial
Previous door knocking or sales experience is a strong plus, but not required. We train you either way.
